Nova Ecom Legacy LLC operates the website andymaxtool.com for the promotion and sale of the AndyMax Tools software.

4.2 Resend (transactional email service)
For transactional emails (welcome, confirmations, support tickets) we use Resend. This service may insert tracking pixels in emails to record opens and clicks.

For full transparency, we declare that we do NOT currently use:

This will delete both the cookies and the localStorage data associated with the site.

Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of the State of New Mexico, United States of America. The parties expressly waive class actions and collective arbitration. This clause applies subject to mandatory consumer protection rules provided by the law applicable in the user's country of residence.
The law applicable to this Cookie Policy is the law of the State of New Mexico, USA, without prejudice to the mandatory rules of the user's country of residence in case of consumers.
